TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All returned merchandise must include all original packaging, cables, etc. Returns can be refused at the discrection of Quantum Star, LLC for missing materials. Rentals must be returned withall boxes and accessories originally included when shipped.
2. To return merchandise, a return authorization,invoice copy, original packaging and reason for return is needed. Missing box, documentation, etc. are bill-able. All refunds exclude shipping costs and returns may be refused for missing kittin.
3. You have 15 days from the time you receive an item to initiate a return, and returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase. Unopened packages shall receive a full refund minus shipping fees. Plasma Screens are non-refundable/non-returnable. All sales on SIM cards are final once opened. Sales on cellular phones are final. Open boxed or used items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No exception. Quantum Star, LLC makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the coverage areas for GSM SIM cards. We receive the right to refuse returns for items deemed to have been purchased for use and return.
4. All products have a least a 60 day Quantum Star, LLC limited warranty against manufacturer defects for repair or replacement; excluding physical damage. Quantum Star LLC mus receive your merchandise before a replacement can be issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Additional warranties may be available directly from manufacturer or from Quantum Star, LLC, varies in some locations.
5. Check for shipping damage at time of delivery. Shipment errors, damage, shortage, etc. must be reported upon receipt of product. Contact Shipper immediately and retain all packaging materials if good were damaged in transit. Insurance not valid after driver leaves.
6. Opened software will not be accepted for return. In the case of defective software, please contact the manufacturer. The customer assumes responsibility for verifying compatibility of software as printed on the manufacturing package.
7. SHIPPING CHARGES FOR RETURN PRODUCT(S) ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. We recommends that
you always ship the product(s) with a shipper that can be tracked. Quantum Star, LLC cannot be held responsible
for the products unless there is a proof of delivery. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
8. The RMA must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package. Do
not put the return label directly on the product - please double box or return in shipping box. All items that are received without a valid RMA # will be refused.
